A refined approach to creating your jewellery:
Order placed
Step 1: Day 3
The approved design is sent to our experienced model maker, who models it in hard wax.
Step 2: Day 6
The hard wax model is then cast in silver, creating a silver master.
Step 3: Day 7
The designer and Ralph Blacklock approve and check the silver master.
Step 4: Day 14
The silver master is used to cast the piece in the appropriate precious metal.
Step 5: Day 18
A working jeweller assembles the piece, cleaning and polishing at the same time.
Step 6: Day 21
The jewellery is sent for hallmarking.
Step 7: Day 25
Stones are then set into the mount. Each setting is tested to ensure that stones are held in place soundly.
Step 8: Day 27
A final polish is then carried out, to finish your piece to our exacting standards.
Step 9: Day 28
Ralph Blacklock undertakes the final inspection and approves your piece, ready to be delivered to you.
