...to create individual, treasured jewels that will be unique. We can guide you through the process, from the initial idea to the crafting of the finished piece, involving you as much or as little as you want.
Creating your bespoke piece
Creating your bespoke piece starts with understanding the person for whom it is intended. Talk to us about their tastes, their style and their qualities, and we can start to realise the piece you have in mind.
You'll be drawing on our rich resources of experience and creativity. Feel free to share particular inspirations with our designers — words, drawings, motifs, other designs you admire, even abstract thoughts — and we will produce a design for your approval.
You decide how much involvement you would like in the process. This could be as little as choosing a diamond and approving the final design, to being fully involved in the process of personalising a timeless piece of jewellery.
The crafting process
Once you've approved the design, we will ask you for a goodwill deposit of 50% to commence the crafting of your finished piece (read about our crafting process). The balance will be payable upon receipt.
From design approval to the completion of your jewellery should take no more than 6 weeks; however, we can speed up this process if required.
